Increase smtp_rcpt_timeout (default: 300s).

You may want to use a transport map for this.

/etc/postfix/master.cf
    slow_rcpt unix - - n - - smtp
        -o smtp_rcpt_timeout=1000s

/etc/postfix/main.cf:
    transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport

/etc/postfix/transport:
    # Specify the recipient's domain name, not the MTA hostname.
    bluehost.com slow_rcpt:

Commands:

# postmap hash:/etc/postfix/transport
# postfix reload
